Miguel A. Salinas

Co-Founder

With 15 years of experience as a certified bilingual school psychologist, Miguel Salinas is the driving force behind Salinas Educational Services, LLC, and the co-owner and founder of Dynamic Educators First. While his expertise spans diverse educational settings, including urban/suburban school districts, sheltered workshops, and group homes, he has dedicated his work to supporting at-risk students of color from early childhood through high school.

Miguel’s contributions extend beyond his role as a school psychologist. He is renowned for developing and facilitating the transformative 3M Alliance mentoring program, which nurtures students academically and behaviorally. As an educational consultant, he has focused on delivering applied interventions that yield positive student outcomes.

His entrepreneurial journey is equally remarkable. Starting from humble beginnings as an employee, Miguel successfully transitioned to become the owner of a successful educational services agency, serving over 15 school districts throughout Illinois. In only three years, he achieved astounding growth from earning $75,000 to grossing over $1.2 million. Today, his unwavering focus is on empowering fellow educators as they embark on their own transformative journeys from employees to proud owners of their own educational service agency.

Damo Jelani

Co-Founder

Damo Jelani is a promising candidate pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. With an educational specialist’s degree in school psychology from National Louis University and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice administration, Damo’s academic journey sets a strong foundation for his impactful work.

However, Damo’s story goes beyond academic achievements. He experienced personal transformation as a troubled teenager who was fortunate to find a dependable mentor through a juvenile at-risk program. This life-changing encounter ignited Damo’s passion for supporting students in need. Inspired by the mentors who helped reshape his own perspective, Damo embarked on a mission to become an independent school psychologist, dedicating himself to advocating for students and providing the guidance they require.

Throughout his career, Damo has served individuals aged 3 to 70, delivering invaluable services in clinical and behavioral hospitals, group homes, and schools. As an independent school psychologist, he specializes in conducting psychoeducational evaluations for school districts across multiple states, including Illinois, Michigan, Arizona, and Indiana.
